Revd. Michael Bradley Vicar since 1990 |
We hope that you will find something of interest on our website. Learn about the Christian ministry that goes on week by week through this ancient parish church, together with St. Andrew’s Church, Windmill Road, Flitwick.
The current population of this commuter town in Mid-Bedfordshire is around 14,000 and Church life expresses something of the busy and lively community in which we seek to minister in the name of Christ.
Our 12th century parish church of St. Peter & St. Paul is much more than just ancient history. Week by week services express the aspirations and devotions of people of all ages.
Here the joys of birth and marriage are celebrated together with the tears of bereavement. Meetings, concerts, lunches, keep fit, Mother & Toddler playgroups, bell ringing, worship music groups, and fetes, draw people from all walks of life.
All our activities bear witness to the life we share with one another and above all, to the life God shares with us.
We are playing our part in this parish in the work and witness of the wider Church. We are also doing our best to care for the fabric of this ancient church so that future generations may play their part too.
We also have a small mission church called St Andrews which has a regular weekly said service of Holy Communion. The hall is hired out for a variety of community activities during the week.
We hope that this web site will inform and challenge you and if we can be of any further help to you, please use the links to make contact with us.
