Churchyard and Cemetery
Around the church and an extension of burial land across the road is known as 'Churchyard' and is the responsibility of the incumbent. The churchyard was closed in October 1982 to burials save that of those whose family graves were reserved for them. A further extension was allocated and called the cemetery and administered by Flitwick Town Council and burials and cremated remains are their responsibility.

Considerable work has been done over recent years to map and collate burial records relating to the churchyard.
Look under inscriptions files first to trace name and map details. Open a map and look for the reference to the burial position in the churchyard.
